PRIOR INFORMATION

The reservation of the rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit representing at least one night, or failing that, 30% of the stay. The payment of the balance is payable at the end of the stay on departure from the premises.

Article 1: object

This rental is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally welcome guests with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

Article 2: Length of stay

The stay is requested for a fixed period. The host may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3: Conclusion of the reservation

The reservation becomes effective when the host has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay. Prices are inclusive of all charges.

Article 4: Cancellation by the host

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.

a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

b) If the person does not appear before 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.

Article 5: Cancellation by the owner

When before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the host by email or telephone call. Without prejudice to claims for compensation for any damages suffered, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.

Article 6: Arrival

The guest must arrive on the specified day between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, he must notify the owner.

Article 7: Breakfasts

Breakfasts are served between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. A margin of 1/2 hour before or after this time slot is possible.

Article 8: Payment of the balance

The balance is to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay on departure from the premises as well as consumption and additional services not mentioned in the reservation.

Article 9: Tourist tax

The tourist tax (0.70€ night/person) is not included in the price of the rooms

Article 10: Use of premises

The host must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume the repairs. The entire house is a non‐smoking area.

Article 11: Capacity

The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of occupants is greater, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 12: Animals

Pets are allowed in a single room on the ground floor after telephone agreement with the owner.
